Ordering Process:

• You must be over 18 years of age to place an order with us and should be able to transact / pay online via UPI, debit card, credit card, net-banking etc.
• Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors made during the customization process.
• The colours in the product photographs may vary from the actual product due to the lighting variations & camera colour capture.
• We reserve full rights to decline any order on account of any suspicious activity, misbehavior or any inappropriate language usage.
• You also agree that we may contact you further, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our Site. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us.
• We reserve the right to update the Terms on the Site at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

Our Delivery Vendor is a 3rd party Courier service who will attempt the delivery twice in case nobody is available at the primary delivery address for the first time. They will try to deliver on second time and if not reached, they return the product back to us. We will inform the same to you but for the delivery to happen again for the Third time, the delivery charges will be borne from your side.

Events which are outside our control, like border sealing, agitations, extreme weather conditions, may delay the delivery at the time agreed. In such circumstances, we will contact you at earliest possible and rearrange the delivery time. In such an event, our liability to you shall be limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery.

We always aim to deliver your order within the promised time line. However, since all our products are customized, when the flow of the order is more, it may get delayed which will be informed to you.

Disputes
