If you see the package is tampered with or damaged or not in acceptable condition, please click a picture of the same, REFUSE the delivery. And share the photograph at our given mail Id / whats app number, with your order reference number, we will ensure a replacement delivery at the earliest.
Since the Orders are customised and specially crafted, we don not follow any Refund Policy with the Paid amount, the item will only be replaced.
We ensure the product making as per the order & specifications received from the client and undertake a three-level check to ready product before the packaging. We proudly claim that there have been zero deviations so far in our journey of 7 years.
However, if there is any deviation in the product received by the client, the same will be shipped back by the client to us and we will send a replacement at the earliest.
